Also contained in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
